I just recently moved to Washougal and my car was in need of an oil change . I called them and they got me right in , they did the oil change and didn't try and sell me anything or say my car needed a bunch of unnecessary extra repairs . I also just had a flat tire today and got my car pulled into an auto parts store I won't name that told me they couldn't help me but could sell me fix a flat. I was in tears so I walked to the Brakes PNW and they were so nice they took me back to my car put air in the tire then followed me to their shop . where they fixed my tire and never charged me a thing . There aren't too many businesses out there like this one so if you need Auto work done I highly recommend them .
After driving across country I really needed a oil change and breaks replaced.. after some research, I called Brakes PNW for a quote and spoke with Chad who gave me a estimate & said to come by for a free inspection. They replaced both sets of brakes quickly and even did my oil change on the house! A very nice unexpected gift as a visitor from another state, I recommend Brakes PNW!
